Receive, process, record and maintain customer order requirements within the Trailer/Body Group. Process inquires involving EDI transactions, invoicing, order status, pricing, products, promotions, policies and procedures through Truck-Lite and customer data bases. Process RMA’s and resolve customer complaints. Identify and work with various departments to implement continuous improvement ideas and projects to satisfy customer requirements.
High School Graduate; 2 years Customer Service experience
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills are a must; must be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, good decision-making skills and the ability to adapt/change quickly
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software components
